So, I woke up this morning after a long restless night of tossing & turning… not quite sure what was up with me, but I can tell you that I was up!  If I got a total of 3 hours sleep it was a lot.

When you have restless nights you really have nothing better to do than let thoughts run through your head and ponder the state of the world at large and your world specifically.  As usual, my thoughts turned back to fitness, workouts, personal training… you know, the stuff that I do all day long.

So I had a few great ideas for blog posts that I would get to as soon as I turned on the computer at a reasonable hour in the morning.

Well, 4:15am came around and I figured that I had spent enough time staring at the ceiling so I went down to my computer and pulled up my blog… or at least I tried to!

It was gone!

Yep, my entire blog and several years of posts were nowhere to be found.

So that leaves me with some good news & some bad news.

First the bad news.

If you came back here looking for an article or video that I had posted in the past… too bad!  It’s all gone.

But now the good news.

Since I wrote my first blog post several years ago I have come a long way in my understanding of fitness, how the body works, and how different types of exercise make different changes to your physique.  That’s to say that as I rebuild this blog it will be a much better source of personal training information than it ever was in the past.

If you are looking for specific info, please let me know down in the comments section below so that I can attack your most pressing questions first!
